Event Scheduling Module

The Event Scheduling Module replaces your paper schedule. It gives you a tool to add additional activities and events to a reservation, to complete the full schedule for both the sales department, floor staff and the customers satisfaction.

Reservations can be scheduled with time and location of activity, and staff members can be assigned to each individual event. This way you are sure staff is assigned to attend a specific acitivity of the reservation.

The entire schedule is printable both internally as well as merged into the customers confirmation. Activity information is adjustable to be visible for both the center and the customer, or just the center if the information is internal.
